Ashburn

Michael Charles Kleder 53, of Ashburn, Virginia, passed into the next life on Monday, September 30th, 2024. Michael was born on November 16, 1970 in Baltimore, Maryland, and spent his childhood in Manassas, Virginia. He was the son of Patricia Leonard Page and the late Frank Kleder.

Michael is survived by his devoted wife, Tatiana Daychman, and his loving daughter, Alexandra Kleder. He is also survived by his three aunts: Carol Cottle, Linda Taylor, and Cathy Vasbinder, as well as by his two uncles, Chuck Kleder and Ron Kleder, and their respective families in the Denver Metro area, Colorado. Additionally, Michael is survived by his brother, Erin Page, and his family. He is also survived by his adoptive family, including Laura Loran, Ann Bryant, and others who shared many joyful and challenging moments with him throughout his life.

Michael was an exceptionally gifted man whose talents spanned multiple disciplines. He had a rare and profound ability to understand, visualize, analyze, and elucidate complex abstract concepts across diverse domains. From his practical work in business, medicine, and chemistry, to his theoretical contributions in computer science, mathematics, and physics, Michael’s range and depth of intellectual contributions knew no bounds. He approached every challenge with remarkable insight, in-depth research, patience, precision and the necessary scrutiny to find solutions that often seemed beyond reach.

His untimely passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family and friends, who will miss his presence and wisdom dearly. The world, too, has lost a brilliant mind. Though his time with us was tragically brief, Michael's legacy endures through his contributions to research on curing cancer, developing vaccines to fight Schistosoma infection, patents in System and Method for target tracking, software packages for data processing needs, new paradigms in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and other contributions to various fields that will continue to evolve thanks to his groundbreaking ideas.

Michael will be remembered not only for his intellectual brilliance but also for his relentless search for truth and justice. His love of science fiction and space documentaries, stimulating philosophical and scientific conversations with his daughter, and cherished moments spent with his faithful dog, Ella, were central to his life. He is also fondly and, perhaps, humorously remembered for his unique passion for flashlights and lightbulbs, which he often enjoyed discussing in “enlightening” conversations with his friends.

Michael's memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones and all who knew him.
