Randall “Randy” Sweigert Kepner, 73, of Edenville, PA entered into the presence of the Lord on January 12, 2025. Randy passed away at Transitions HealthCare at the Shook Home after a 5-month illness. He was born on April 8, 1951 in Chambersburg, PA to the late Harry Warren and Francis (Sweigert) Kepner.

He graduated from Chambersburg Area High School in 1969 and then attended Shippensburg University. Randy retired from Letterkenny Army Depot where he was a mechanical engineer working on the Patriot Missile. He traveled extensively throughout the United States and all over the world during his time with the government. He particularly enjoyed visiting Germany when his job took him there.

Throughout his life, his faith in Jesus Christ was very important to him. He became a Bible Scholar, spending countless hours reading, studying, and researching the Bible. The book of Romans was his favorite, because of its simple explanation of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Randy is survived by his sister, Kim Laidig of Lancaster, PA, his loving wife of 28 years, Glynnette (Walker) Disney Kepner and stepchildren; William (Sherry) Disney of Downingtown, PA, Jamie (Mark) Disney Walton of Riverview, FL, Glynis (Scott) Disney Misner of Mont Alto, PA, Dodi (Bradley) Barkdoll of Chambersburg, PA, and Dori Clayton of Chambersburg, PA.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
